Tenant Management is nothing but proper management of tenants on absence of the property owner or in case you don’t have time for managing your property. You have invested quality time and money on buying a property however improper maintenance and handling the property during your absence will result in property damage. In order to overcome the issue, we are here to help you with your tenant management.
This service from MyRightHand inlcudes the following:
A periodic inspection of the property would be done by MyRightHand in order to analyze the condition of the property. This inspection includes both interiors and exteriors of the property.
Exterior inspection would be done by one of our executive every month during rent collection. An Interior inspection would be carried out once in three months and a report would be generated on the condition of the property and the same would be communicated to you.
Damages or any other issues would be handled as per our terms of services and would be addressed to you as soon as it comes to our notice.
2. Rent Collection & Deposit
Monthly rent would be collected from the tenant and would be deposited to your bank account and the receipt of deposit would be e-mailed to you. MyRightHand will take necessary steps in order to collect the rent on time however MyRightHand is not responsible of non-payment by the tenant for any reason.
3. Property Repair & Maintenace
In order to maintain the property in a good working condition, indirectly which will satisfy the tenants, MyRightHand will ensure timely handling of all repairs and maintenance. At the time of inspection, if any issues comes to notice to MyRightHand, a report would be generated and a executive would be assigned immediately to address the issue. Our maintenance tasks will include the following:
a. Maintaining property landscape b. Water Heaters, Air Conditioners and other systems would be serviced regularly c. Inspection of electrical and plumbing items regularly to ensure proper functionality
4.Utility Bill Payments
A database would be maintained in order to pay your bills on time. This might include, water tax, electricity, house tax etc. A request would be sent to you intimating your bill well in advance. On receipt of payment, the same would be done to the appropriate departments.
5. Any other issues raised by the tenants
In order for you to maintain a good relationship with your tenants, MyRightHand customer service executive will get in touch with your tenants once in a month. In case of any queries by the tenants, the same would be dealt accordingly and informed to you.

Note: In case of tenant vacating the property during the contract period with MyRightHand, the agreement shall be on hold(maximum of six months) until you or MyRightHand finds a tenant. Service Fee applicable in case of MyRightHand sources for a tenant.
Our Payment & Refund Policy
Prices quoted in USD are only indicative. INR pricing is final and the charge to your credi/debit card will be made in INR. Customers paying through international credit/debit cards from other countries will be charged the equivalent INR amount in their currency at the current exchange rate.
Any payments that you make while placing your order will be temporarily charged to your card but will not be captured for payment until our Customer Service executive reviews your order and accepts it. Additionally, service tax applicable @ current rate 10.30% (might vary time to time) on services where payment is received in INR or the billing address is in India.
Refund/Cancellation charges would be acceptable on confirmation letter/e-mail from customer within the 7 days of order placed. If you have any issues with the refund requested or your order cancellation getting delayed, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
